There are four ways in, depending on why you are here. Pick the one that fits and we will get it to the right person. We are a small team in Cork, so a reply comes from a person rather than a queue.
EaseTalk is not an emergency or crisis service and nobody monitors this address out of hours. If you need urgent help, contact your GP or your treating clinician, or call the emergency services on 112 or 999.
EaseTalk is in clinical pilot, so access runs through the therapists and services we work with. If you are already seeing a speech and language therapist, tell us who, because linking to them is how the app is meant to be used. If you are not, get in touch anyway and we will tell you where things stand.
Demos, pilot conversations, clinical governance questions, and anything about how the portal works. Bring your data protection questions to this one too, we would rather answer them before a pilot than during it.

This is the route for a request under the GDPR: access to your data, a copy of it, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, or withdrawing a consent you gave. It is the same address named in our privacy policy, and it is the working route because the app's own export and delete buttons were removed.
Please put Data request in the subject line and tell us the email address on your account. We respond within one month, as Article 12(3) requires, and we will tell you if we need the two month extension. To reach a named person directly, use mfaggiani@ucc.ie.
This form does not send anything by itself. It opens your own email app with the message written out, so you can see exactly what is being sent and to whom. Nothing you type here is stored by this website.
EaseTalk is developed at University College Cork, Western Road, Cork, Ireland. For anything relating to your personal data, please use the privacy route above so it reaches the right place and is logged properly. Your data itself is stored in Ireland, in Microsoft Azure's North Europe region, and stays inside the EU, as the privacy policy sets out.
You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission, the Irish supervisory authority, at dataprotection.ie, or to the supervisory authority where you live.
